History:

The Cyber Shock Firm originated at J.F. Webb High School in Oxford, NC in January 2010. It was the first Virtual Enterprise Company in the state of North Carolina, making it the oldest in the state. In the past years, the company has sold different services and products. However, this year we are continuing in real estate services from last year.

Company Description:

Cyber Shock Realty started in January 2010 at J.F. Webb High School in Oxford, NC. It was the first Virtual Enterprise International firm in North Carolina, which also makes it the oldest VEI firm in the state. Throughout its existence, Cyber Shock has sold many differing products and services. In 2014, the company decided to become a property management service provider. The company has since then continued to provide property management services.The company is based in North Carolina, operating not only under the real estate umbrella, but also under the cottage umbrella. The company has decided to only offer residential rentals within North Carolina, but the vacation rentals are national.Cyber Shock is a Limited Liability Company (LLC). We chose to structure our business this way because of the single taxation of a corporation, but the management of a partnership. The members manage the company, instead of a board of directors.
