This room is the 2nd floor front bedroom that is sunny and very spacious, with a new king sized bed and fold-out sofa bed (not futon) that is full-sized. It has a 50" TV and large coffee table as well as a mini-fridge and plenty of storage. In addition to their room and bathroom, Guests will be able to access over 2,000 sq ft of living space including the entire first floor (living room, kitchen, powder room dining room), semi-finished basement, which includes a stationary bike and laundry, and also a shared house bike for going out.

The location is perfect in just a few blocks from Pennsylvania Avenue, 15 minute walk from the White House and Smithsonian museums on the National Mall. There is plethora of best restaurants, bars and clubs in the city just two blocks away on famous 14th street. The building is perfectly maintained, quiet, the first thing people say when they see the unit is "very cozy".. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
